It is definitely possible for us to handle the entire communication with the end-client. However, it would require a different pricing as the amount of work required is substantial. We typically find the communication pattern that matches your clients’ needs and we will provide you with a custom quote.
If we were to take over communication, we would require a minimum of 50 accounts to enable White Label communication. This includes new emails with your domain and aliases to make it seem like our representatives are from your agency.
