Refund Policy
White Shark Media offer a refund up to 24 hour after the order completion unless other is specified for the product purchased.
When refunding, 7% will be deducted from the refund amount in order to cover external fees and administration costs.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your plan at any time by sending an email to cancel@whitesharkmedia.com or contacting your Account Executive. A cancellation should always be sent and received 48 hours prior to the recurrent billing date.
