Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

In order to cancel your services you need to send an email to our Client Billing Officer, Edward Schaffer, at esg@whitesharkmedia.com.

He’ll then contact you and coordinate the process.

A cancellation should always be sent 24 hours prior to the date of your recurrent billing.
