Referral Program
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in our referral program. By referring a colleague or friend to White Shark Media, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Referral Process
- To refer a business to White Shark Media, you must provide accurate and complete information about the referred company, including the company name, telephone number, and contact person.
- You may refer multiple businesses to White Shark Media; however, each referral must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.
- To be eligible for the referral reward, you must ensure that the referral’s information is recorded accurately through the referral form provided on our website or by emailing the designated referral program email address [email protected].
2. Eligibility
- Referrals must be businesses that are not currently engaged with White Shark Media and have not been referred by any other individual or entity before your referral.
- Employees and contractors of White Shark Media, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the referral program.
- The business owner referring a business must not be the same individual as the referred business owner. This means that if you are the owner of a business, you cannot refer your own business or any other business that you have ownership in for the purpose of this referral program.
3. Referral Reward
- Upon successfully completing the referral process and the referred business hiring White Shark Media as its service provider, you will be eligible to receive a $400 Amazon gift card.
- The referral reward of a $400 Amazon gift card will be granted once the referred business completes a minimum of 3 months of services with White Shark Media and has canceled 3 monthly payments in full.
- The reward will be sent to the email address provided in the form or email within 30 days of the referred business’s completion of the third month of active services.
- To ensure proper reward delivery, White Shark Media must have a record of the referral’s information as described in section 1c.
- The reward is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternative will be provided.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the eligibility for the reward, White Shark Media’s decision will be final.
4. Referral Updates
- If the referral is not immediately onboarded, White Shark Media will provide you with updates on the referral’s status for the first three months.
- After the initial three months, White Shark Media will provide you with quarterly updates until the referral chooses to hire our services or until White Shark Media determines that the referral is no longer eligible for the program.
- White Shark Media reserves the right to discontinue providing updates to you if it determines that the referral is not actively considering White Shark Media’s services.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
- By participating in the referral program, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from the referred business to share its information with White Shark Media.
- White Shark Media will handle the referred business’s information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found on the White Shark Media website.
6. Program Modifications and Termination
- White Shark Media reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason.
- Notice of any changes to the referral program or these terms and conditions will be communicated through the WSM website or by email to the email address provided by you.
7. Limitation of Liability
- White Shark Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the referral program.
- White Shark Media’s total liability under these terms and conditions shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. To ensure proper record-keeping and gift card delivery, you must provide the referral’s information through the designated referral form or by email.
